Wow, 2013 has been insanely busy so far. Dinner tonight was a quickie: frozen dumplings (found the last of a homemade batch!), stir fried napa cabbage with tons of wok hei, brown rice, and sautéed enoki mushrooms. Enokis are topping my favorite mushrooms lately.
despite the busyness, I’ve been able to somewhat stick to my resolutions. 2 interval cardio exercises this week and one abdominal exercise. But the interval cardios were a real time saver. So not too shabby.
